Terms of Service – Match Castle
Account
An Account may be required to access and use some Match Castle services.
To create an Account, you must have an email address and provide truthful and accurate information. You must be eligible to use the Match Castle service for which you are registering. Some services may require creation of a “user name” or “persona” to represent you in-game and online. User names and personas are tied to your Account. You may not use a user name or persona that is used by someone else, is vulgar, offensive, or violates these Terms of Service.
You are solely responsible for all activity on your Account. Your Account may be terminated if someone else uses it in violation of the Terms. You should not share your password. Match Castle will never ask for your password or answers to your security questions.
Content
“Content” on Match Castle includes software, technology, text, forum posts, chat messages, profiles, widgets, music, sound, graphics, pictures, video, code, and all other material. It includes user-generated content (“UGC”) such as personas, posts, and profile content. All content is owned by Match Castle or its licensors. Use UGC at your own risk.
Entitlements
“Entitlements” are licensed rights granted or purchased to access features of Match Castle, including downloadable content, unlockables, in-game items, and virtual currency. These are not governed by a Digital Services Agreement unless stated otherwise.
Use and Expiration of Content and Entitlements
Match Castle grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Content and Entitlements. All intellectual property remains the property of Match Castle or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without permission. Any commercial use is prohibited.
Match Castle reserves all rights not expressly granted. Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action. You agree to indemnify Match Castle against misuse of your Account.
Content and Entitlement Availability
Entitlements can only be held by legal residents of countries where they are permitted. They may only be purchased or acquired through Match Castle. Availability is not guaranteed at all times or locations. Entitlements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once redeemed.
Contributing UGC
You are solely responsible for your UGC and any legal issues it causes. You must have the right to upload what you post. Match Castle may remove content that infringes on third-party rights or violates these Terms. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated without notice.
Match Castle is not obligated to moderate UGC but reserves the right to remove, edit, or block it at its sole discretion.
UGC License Grant
By uploading UGC, you grant Match Castle and its partners a perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable right to use, modify, display, and distribute your content in any format and medium. You waive any moral rights associated with your UGC.
If a service allows UGC to be shared, you grant other users the right to use, modify, and share your UGC within the platform.
Paid Services
Some services may require payment. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Match Castle may change pricing with 30 days’ notice via in-app or online communication. Continued use after notice implies acceptance.
Payment
You agree to use authorized payment methods and keep billing info accurate. By accepting these terms, you agree to automatic renewals. Subscriptions renew 30 days before expiration unless cancelled.
If your card is canceled or expired, you must update your information. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.
Trial Subscriptions
Trial periods may be available. Unless canceled before the trial ends, you will be charged. You are responsible for all connection fees during the trial period.
Third-Party Fees
Linked third-party websites may have separate fees. These are your responsibility.
Termination of Services
Match Castle may terminate access at any time with notice or immediately if you violate these Terms. This includes removal of Entitlements and loss of access. No refunds will be provided for termination due to violation.
If terminated, you may not access Match Castle again without express permission. Bans may apply to devices and all related Accounts.
Account Cancellation
You may cancel your Account or subscription at any time. If you disagree with any term, your sole option is to cancel. Disputes regarding Content, Entitlements, billing, or services are handled through cancellation.
Outstanding balances must be settled before creating a new account.
