Arena Club

Arena Club wanted to scale user acquisition on TikTok but needed a cost-effective and repeatable strategy without depending on traditional UA. They sought a model that could generate consistent installs while maintaining ROI efficiency while also being organic viral growth.

Approach:

  • Sourced and managed influencers aligned with Arena Club’s target audience.
  • Partnered with several influencers in the 358.9k followers range to run 20 TikTok video campaigns.
  • Created custom scripts for the influencers to maximize virality, engagement, and authenticity but also product relevancy so we could generate and measure an impact on installs and purchases.

Tested each video for organic virality, conversion %, and cost-effectiveness.

Results:

  • +432% organic & viral growth driven organically across 20 videos, and impact on baseline was effective with each spike helping the organic baseline increase.

  • Maintained a low average cost per conversion (~$0.33), far below industry UA benchmarks for the United States.

  • Peak efficiency videos achieved CPC as low as $0.17 to $0.20 in the United States.

Demonstrated that influencer driven TikTok campaigns can serve as a scalable, repeatable, and cost-effective acquisition channel.
